A complete Terms of Service agreement is being drafted with counsel and will live here before general availability.
contxtmd is pre-GA. Pilot and early-access deployments are governed by individual engagement agreements signed at the discovery-call stage. Those agreements cover scope, data handling, deliverables, and payment.
