How the engagement works

Weeks 3–8 · Build. Ingestion pipelines, taxonomy application, dashboards, permissions, integrations. Biweekly demos. You're in the loop continuously.
Weeks 9–12 · Deploy + handoff. Production deployment in your infrastructure (or ours, your call). Staff training. Operations runbook. Handoff.
Where we deploy
On-prem, in your VPC, in a dedicated contxtmd tenant, or hybrid. Data residency requirements (EU, India, specific US states, other jurisdictions) are accommodated at scoping.
What it costs
Project-based pricing confirmed at the discovery call. Depends on scope of ingestion, custom integrations, and deployment shape. Ballpark: typical mid-sized deployments land in the $80K–$250K range. Larger enterprise engagements scope higher.
